Do I need AT&T internet or a satellite dish?
Streaming requires suitable internet, not a satellite dish. An AT&T Fiber purchase is not required just to explore DIRECTV. Confirm current internet and device requirements for the chosen service. Satellite is a different configuration with separate installation and agreement terms.
Is DIRECTV STREAM the same name as DIRECTV streaming?
DIRECTV’s current official page describes its streaming service as formerly DIRECTV STREAM. Older accounts and legacy offers can have different pricing, equipment or stream limits. Do not assume the current new-customer offer changes an existing account.

Current streaming offers are presented without an annual service contract, and eligible new-customer offers may include a five-day trial. A payment method is required for a trial and service renews unless canceled. Equipment leases, returns and non-return charges have separate conditions. Confirm the exact order; satellite terms are different.
Can I record shows and watch on more than one screen?
Qualifying current streaming plans include Cloud DVR and multiple streams, subject to plan, network and location limits. Recordings expire; unlimited recording does not mean permanent storage. See the app and DVR details above, especially for legacy accounts.
Will I get every local channel or sports game?
No. Check the current lineup for your ZIP code and chosen package. Local rights, regional-network access and sports blackouts can limit viewing. Out-of-market or separate premium sports products may require another subscription.
Are the Fiber gift-card rewards included with TV?
No. The potential Fiber rewards on the main page are separate, qualifying Fiber offers—not a DIRECTV streaming reward. A TV inquiry or purchase alone does not qualify you for those rewards.
What happens when I select “Ask about this”?
Your package selection carries to the call panel, with TV selected. Mention that topic when connected; it is not automatically sent to the representative. Choosing a package does not start a trial, charge a card, submit a lead, verify channels or create an order.
